Reports of peer review visits are available that took place during September 2018
Reports of peer review visits are available below along with an Overview Report which summarises findings from reviews that took place between 2013 and 2016.
Version 5.1 of the Quality Standards for the Care of Critically Ill and Critically Injured Children is also available below. The Standards have been developed through collaboration between the Paediatric Intensive Care Society (PICS), a stakeholder Steering Group and the West Midlands Quality Review Service. They build on the previous PICS Standards for the Care of Critically Ill Children (2010) but have been updated to reflect more recent national guidance. We have also taken the opportunity to add Standards for paediatric critical care Operational Delivery Networks and for commissioners which were not included in the 2010 edition.
